Hello my duck recently had what we believed was a sinus infection so we treated it with antiseptic and flushing it out with salt water but the lump on her cheek won’t go down it’s soft and squishy and pretty big but it’s gone down from what it was but it doesn’t seem to be going back to normal I believe she’s a Indian runner duck if that changes anything or not I don’t know any help would be much appreciate

Oh boy, I don't recognize that as anything I'm familiar with. Hopefully someone else does. Thanks for getting a picture.

Is a vet an option because I think that needs to be lanced and drained. If not, it is possible to it yourself if you have some antibiotics to give after.

That really needs some serious attention. Hopefully a vet?

    A vet would be best.

Sure looks like infection is in there. Do you have antibiotics?
