dumb question about egg size and hatching results

if you have a dozen eggs from 1 pure breed, egg size varies. the resulting chick wont be better genetically from a bigger egg will they? or maybe a little healthier, since more egg = more nutrients? im a total newb, im sure its been covered a million times but i couldnt find the thread...

Thats probably true to some degree but hard to test. Its not something you will be able to notice.

yeah, didnt really think so... ive got a really small egg from a standard size breed. just wonder whats the deal and if it'll do any good. figured anything from the norm would mean trouble.... too small/too big..
