Dumb question I know, but is there some way I can mark my turkey.

    and not harm my turkey to distinguish him from the 2 other birds, they're all tan and look exactly alike to me, now I know there's a few differences, such as paler markings on the head, but I have memory/ memorizing problems, and eventually as they grow, that probably won't be a reliable indicator as to which one is Spartacus, and which is the two others.

    zip tie around the leg or leg bands.

    How would we keep it loose enough as he grows? just cut it off an apply a new one? or?

    you could always dunk him in food coloring, I would suggest pink, you could tell everyone he is a SPECIAL turkey. [​IMG]

    probably not but he would be oh so cute. Honestly i would do the zip tie around hit lower leg, you can leave it pretty loose and he will never get it off.
