    Hi guys!
I'm a new member but have a desperate plea..my handsome boys need a new home as a backyard in the city is not doing well with the neighbours!
I bought 4 unsexed chicks with the hope that they were all going to be females..but obviously not. I've now got 2 boys. If no one here is interested, does anyone have suggestions as to where I can take them where they will not be put into cockfighting or eaten?!! I live in Wales btw.
Below is a pic of Mr Darcy :D

Hello there and welcome to BYC! [IMG]

Beautiful Rooster you have!! You might do well if you do some chatting in the UK thread. Maybe one of your chicken neighbors will take your 2 gorgeous boys....https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/74004/england-uk

When you have 20 posts here on BYC you can place an ad in our Buy Sell and Trade section as well...https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/16182/animals-in-need-of-free-re-homing

Do you have a local feed store you can put up a flyer and maybe find them a nice home that way?

Good luck and I hope you can find them some nice forever homes. [IMG]

    Hi :welcome

Glad you joined the flock. Great suggestions from TwoCrows. You could also try to find out if you have a local fur and feather auction market near to you. I have one near me that runs every two weeks. Usually just a case of registering with them then taking your birds on the morning of sale. Good luck and hope you find them a new home soon :frow

Sadly everyone is trying to unload cockerels - I'm afraid most end up on the dinner table. I wish I had a solution for you but I do not.
