Hello I have a sick hen I noticed a week ago it spent all its time alone while free rangeing

well didn’t think much of it one night it was late and was still in the yard and I went to get it a it kept stumbling. I put it in the coop but noticed all other chickens kept pecking it’s head so I locked it in it’s own room with water and food was in there for 4-5 days thought it seemed better

but then every time I checked on it it’s head was tucked down like it was sick and wasn’t moving much. Today it’s laying on ground and hardly alive I grab it and it’s head just flops around eyes open some then just shut I think it may be to late for it but is there anything I can do I have thought about killing it as much as I hate to but I don’t want it to suffer any more.

I haven’t noticed any wounds on it or mites but it’s stomach did have poop on it and feathers were gross like it layed in poop for awhile also it’s color has changed the red on its head was bright red now a blueish color. I think the hen is 4-5 years old now.
Hope to hear back from someone soon thanks

Do you have a picture of any noticeable/psychical symptoms?

The most common cause of blue or purplish combs in chickens is diseases. Any disease that causes pneumonia and reduces the level of oxygen in the blood will turn the comb bluish or purple. This is called cyanosis, simply meaning the blue disease. When the blood is well oxygenated, it has a bright red color.

Low blood oxygen can be caused by a lot of diseases, look thoroughly and identify as many symptoms as you can.

Here are a few pictures
