dying chickens

i have had 2 chickens die in the last 3 days , they are fine one day and the next really sick, they are very lethargic and dont open there eyes at all any suggestions. my mom thinks maybe fleas are attacking them

Not a lot of info to go on. Why does your mom feel it's related to fleas? External parasites can cause some serious problems. If you have an infestation going on then it needs to be treated ASAP. There are a number of useful posts on this site related to dealing with them. A quick search should give you all the info you need to tackle the problem.
