Early blood ring at day 3

Today is the day 3 of my 12 eggs incubation. As the eggs are white and with the help of a flash light to my surprised that 9 of them are viable As there are heart beating but with 2 eggs , one of them is empty but I still left it in the incubator but the other eggs which I thought had dies early with a blood ring . I did do eggtopsy and yes it was confirm that the eggs had died at very early stages . I could be wrong , please send your comments after looking at the pic as I am having a second thought should I have let it be in the incubator .
