Early layers?

This may seem like a silly question, but my pullets are about 3 months old and already started laying.. Could the reason be the feed they're given? They free range, are fed organic grower mash.. One was jelly bean size (lol), 3 of them (the pullets) are laying small brown eggs daily and one was a speckled egg. Is there any problem with early layers? I do provide oyster shells because I have 4 older girls that I couldn't keep from eating the grower feed & the pullets wouldn't stay out of the layer pellets.. Thanks!

They're fine. I wouldn't be worried if I were you. If the eggs start looking abnormal, though, that would be a good time to post again.
