Easter Egger - boy or girl?

Hi, someone bought some hatchery Easter Egger chicks from me. They were supposed to be all pullets, though we all know that's not always the case. The owner thinks this one is acting aggressive like a rooster. What do you think?

thats 100% hen as roosters dont come in that color

That's a hen. EE roosters are usually more colorful, and will have patches of color on their shoulders. EE roosters won't be brown.

I think she's about 3 months old - October hatch date.
