Easter egger cockerel?

Same bird in both pics. You can see my EE pullets in the background. This grey one is a cockerel, right? Random reddish feathers are appearing on this one. I hope he's a good one!

Age? I do know that most of the time EE with red coloring are cockerels.

This is him all grown up. Just thought I'd give an update. Best roo I've ever had. Such a sweetheart to his ladies!

He sired a cute white hen last summer. She is the sweetest hen I've ever had. She is best friends with my turkey (hatched and raised together).

Nice to have a happy story about an unexpected rooster for once! Those Easter eggers are all very cute with their funny beards.
