Easter egger cockerel?

Before I rehome this guy (I can't have roosters in my city) I just wanted to get some opinions on if this is for sure a cockerel. 8 weeks, no crowing yet, very big yellow feet, stands taller than my others. Thanks!

He's a cockerel, but he looks like a mix.

I got him from a friend of a friend and I have a maran mix that looks wyandotte as well. I was wondering bc his body doesn't look easter egger either. Either way he can't stay here
