We love them!
I didn't realize it would be so hard to get the color of the EE eggs to be true to life but here is my first eggs . I have 4 eggs in the last 5 days and even if I have 10 ee's I think all the eggs are from one hen. They are all the same age so I should be getting other blue/green eggs soon. I am so excited with the color eggs.
this is my ee Lorenza. she is the biggest trouble maker and always flying over the fence or stealing food food from my goose.
these pics are older but now she is growing in her big beard and looks very pretty
and here she is on her special chair
here is our first EE egg, so far the best layer at 5/week since she started at about 21-22 weeks of age.
The green one is our first EE egg! (We are still not sure who laid the pink egg.) Houdini has only skipped one day since she started laying a couple of weeks ago. It is still a thrill to find her eggs in the nest box! I may need to pick up a couple more EE's next spring!
I want to see that beautiful face behind those adorable chickens!
This is so fun to see. I am loving it! My EEs are 20ish weeks old, so I need to live vicariously through you all til they start.
I agree with gramakoko- I want to see the face behind the chickens too.
Here's my girls.
I had to go back and look at the pics to see which one of my kids it was behind the chickens...LOL
That is one of my 6 kids/one of my daughters.
Pic of all my crew. I can't be leaving any of them out.
Omigosh, as well you shouldn't. What a beautiful family!
