Easter Egger - Hen or Roo...?

This is our 9 week-old Easter Egger - we've named him "Captain Jack" because we're fairly certain he's a roo, but I'm seeking some confirmation. What say you?

I kinda figured. Those darned "mystery chicks" from the hatchery (LOL). Hopefully, his crow won't be so deafening that it lands him on the dinner table... THANKS for the input!
