Is the EE the male or female? If it is the female what color eggs does she lay?

If the EE is the male he could have two blue eggshell genes, one blue eggshell gene, or none. Since he doesn't lay eggs you can't tell unless you know something about his mother or father. If he has two blue eggshell genes at that gene pair all his daughters will lay some shade of blue or green egg. If he only has one blue eggshell gene about half of his daughters will get a blue eggshell gene from him and about half will not. If he doesn't have any then he can't give any.

With an EE as a parent you often don't know what color of an egg the pullets will lay until you see the egg.

EE is female. Mother was an EE and father was silver laced wyandotte.

What color of egg does she lay? If it is white or brown her daughters will never lay a blue or green egg with that rooster. If it is blue or green about half her daughters should lay a blue or green egg with that rooster, but you may need a few pullets to get lucky. The 50-50 odds are on each pullet, sometimes you get unlucky several pullets in a row.
