easter egger or olive egger rooster?

Any idea what breed. The one in the foreground I had bought easter eggers and olive eggers.

Do you have closer pictures? Technically, olive eggers are a type of Easter egger, so you could call them all EEs if you want to.

Technically EE and OE are just labels that are loosely applied now days.
There's EEs that lay brown eggs and OE thats eggs are no where near olive colored.
Hell if its a chicken call it an EE and if its one that lays any shade or green call it an OE. OEs seem to be a hotter item then EEs right now.
