Easter Egger Rooster or Hen?

Can someone please tell me if my she is a he? Dixie is 12 weeks old and looks like a roo but I want a second opinion before I rehome since I'm very fond of him hoping its just a masculine looking hen I'm a novice so I'm new at this.

Yup, definitely a cockerel. Females don’t typically have that patchy redness like that nor such a large and bright red comb so young. It would still be pale. So sorry. he is gorgeous though
