Too young to tell, I think.

I'd lean towards cockerel for the top bird, though. The second bird, that photo is pretty much impossible to sex. We'd need a good shot of the colors of the feathers on the shoulders, and a good clear straight-on shot of the comb.

EEs are notoriously difficult to sex when very young.

The bird with all the red in its shoulders, the one in the photo with the child, is a cockerel. The bottom one is 80% probably a cockerel. The red feathers in the shoulders are sex-linked to males with Easter Eggers. If the bottom bird continues feathering out with that "patchy" color pattern, it will also be a cockerel.
