Easy Mexican Chicken

    You'll need:
    16oz jar salsa
    4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    4oz shredded cheese

    Okay put the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour salsa all over it. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Uncover and add the cheese. It'll melt on it's own.

    That is the easiest meal I can think of. My kiddos love it. I like to try out different kinds of salsa. I've used the peach mango salsa. I've used a salsa I found in the produce section and I've used plain ole Pace. We love it every way possible.
