Can chickens eat crawdads (crawfish)? [IMG] I think it would be hilarious to watch! [IMG] [IMG]
I could run a net through our irrigation ditches and collect at least 20 at a time! I just wouldn't normally because why bother? However, if my chikie-poos could eat them, I'd collect a bunch. Would I have to kill the crawdad first? I'd probably have to at least remove the claws right? How often could I feed them crawdads?

Yes they can however if you are eating the eggs you may not want to feed them crawdads it might give the eggs an off flavor.
