I ran across a photo of MY wheaten ameracauna eggs on eggbid. Somone has stolen my photo and is using it to sell their own eggs.
Most of you that know me will recogonize the photo.
I wrote to seller and reported it as fraud to ebay..... ohhhhh I'm upset!!! how sleezy!

If this link dosnt work - eBay item:6+ Hatching eggs, Ameracauna, fertile incubator eggs (#150330462324)

You need to file a complaint with e-Bay. I had the same thing happen to me with someone selling a book I self published. They said they had 125 copies of it. [IMG] This was after I let my contract run out and it could no longer be printed. [IMG]

I had the same thing happen. I sell trading cards and spent ALOT of time scanning my cards etc. A new seller took my photos and represented them as their own. Have you tried contacting the seller? Sometimes new sellers are dopey. If you get no response, then I would file a complaint.

Thanks everyone !!!! BYC people ARE THE BEST!!!

I imediatly wrote to the seller and told them to remove the photo. I also told them I was filing a complaint with ebay. I wrote to ebay but I imagine I wont hear from them for 6-12 weeks :))

I almost NEVER go to ebay. I guess now i need to stalk it to make sure this gets resolved. I only went there today on a whim to list some marans eggs... and then started browsing and saw my photo.

I wish i could write to the person/people that bid.

BTW the origional photo was probably stolen off my flickr album

Jean. TY for the form info. if this isnt resolved imediatly I will follow through with the info you sent THANKS!
  10. Last year, I had people copy and past on to their ad, everything that I had written in mine. I contaced ebay with live help and the listing was removed with a couple hours, and the person never posted there again.
