EE cock or pullet?

I have what I believe to be an easter egger. I have a darker one that I think is a pullet. This one is sus, though. It is always in this very upright stature, it also has what seem to be sickle feathers but its tail isn't fully in yet. That's another thing that makes this one sus. The other one of the same age seems fully feathered
