EE mix Am I a pullet??

Hoping this one might give me some eggs!!! 5-6 weeks old Color is mostly dark chocolate. On the smallish side compared to the hatchmates.

I would say roo because of feathering and comb I have a pullet that age:

But yours could just be maturing early
