whats the differance between EE and americana??? which are these?

Those are Easter eggers, looks to be one male and two females best I can tell. Easter eggers are what hatcheries sell for folks wanting blue or green eggs. They're bred for colored eggs and higher egg production, not a breed standard. Ameraucanas are a breed, with standards for appearance, body and leg color, comb type, etc, just like any other breed. Easter eggers can look like pretty much anything, although there is generally a type that's easily recognized. They have a wide range of colors, usually have beards or muffs and dark legs, pea combs.

Yep, your girls are Easter Eggers, Ameraucanas have muffs, a pea comb, beard, white skin, and they lay only blue eggs. Easter egger are mutts (a mix of breeds) that lay from olive to blue colored eggs and they don't always have muffs and beards. EEs also don't breed true, and the APA only recognizes the colors black, blue, blue wheaten, brown red, white, and wheaten for ameraucanas.

the roo is well... patchworked??
one hen is mostly blackish mottleded almost lacey looking
the other hen is a beautiful creamey lacey look.

ok but the rooster does have muff and beard. does that mean he is but the hens aint??

No, none of them are correct colors for pure ameraucanas. they're great Easter eggers, though.

i dont really care i just want funny eggs lol
BUT it does prove me right and their seller wrong which makes me happy lol he was selling them as ameras. but i was like EE i want hehe. got them in a trade for 3 silkie chicks
