EE Pullet or Roo?

14 weeks old. She's my first EE. Bought her as a pullet, but the two tail feathers that seemed to sprout overnight made me second guess it. Do you think it's a Roo or a pullet?

those feathers are normal... just waiting for the rest of her tail to comb back in from the juvenile molt.
