EE rooster with a puffy face? What breeds do you think made him?

I know it sounds odd. my EE rooster Lucky seems to have a bit of a puffy face .... I don't mean the muff and beard... his skin above his eye and stuff just looks a bit bumpy/puffy. Kinda hard to see in the pics. He kinda looks mad all the time lmao. I'm assuming it's from whatever breeds he has in him. I would like to know what he might be a cross between. He is gorgeous that's for sure.

He also has his beak open in every pic.
He looks sick.

He's sick?! I haven't had him long. A couple weeks. What could cause that?

I have had him a couple weeks. He is the only one like this. That's why I assumed it was his breed. The guy said he was a year old but he looks older to me.

The others have their mouths open too. Were the pictures taken during the hotter part of the Florida day?
His face does look odd because it is raised.

The changes in color is really weird. Black, brown, silver? Liver disease maybe?

He seems perfectly normal other than his face being puffy. It's been super hot lately so that's probably why his mouth is open.
