EE rooster?

I am new to chickens and would like someone with a whole lot more experience answer this question. A broody hatched eggs from someone who said they have EEs. One of them that had small comb and I didn't think was a roo started crowing very young. Two of them had bigger combs and I just knew they were Roos but still haven't crowed! This is one of two that look just the same. Is this a roo?

Sorry pictures are not better! I'm almost positive they are roosters too but cannot figure out why they are not crowing yet! Any ideas anyone?

That's a rooster. Sometimes young rooster wont crow if there is a dominant bird over them.

Yep! What I thought! So I think I have 5 Roos now out of 8 in one pen! Three EEs and 2 mixed game. Anybody near Tifton, Ga need a rooster or two? Lol? They are beautiful and hate to get rid of them! They are so friendly!
