EE x EE = what?

Okay so I have 9 EE hens right now and I’m wondering that if I add an EE Roo if I can then sell EE chicks in the spring? but I’m not sure if that’s how the whole genetics thing works.. Someone explain lol. (For some background I do know how some genetics and punnet squares work, just not when it comes to EE’s so I’m trying to learn)

EE + EE = EE

They're more of "type" of chicken than a breed, so there are no hard and fast rules.
