Egg bound duck HELP

My duck has been unable to stand up or walk since yesterday morning. Because we haven’t gotten any eggs from her in the past 3 days, I’m assuming that she’s egg bound. We’ve tried giving her a warm bath hoping that the egg would pass through, but nothing happened. We’ve massaged around the cloaca, but didn’t even feel an egg. I’m really worried about her (her name is Waddles) because she hasn’t had the strength to eat or drink, so now her beak is getting dry. She just drags herself around the run with her wings. This is my first duck to do this so I’m kind of freaking out. Does anybody have any idea what we can do to help her???

She needs a calcium glutonate injection. Go to TSC and see if you can get it. If you give this and she doesn't lay, its something else. How sure are you its egg bound?

Regardless of the problem, your first main objective should be rehydrating her. Are you able to take her to the vet? If not, do you have access to a feed store, or a health store near you?

To tell if she is egg bound, pull on a pair of gloves and gently insert your finger into her cloaca. If you run into something hard, then it's probably an egg.

I’m not sure if it’s egg bound or not. She hasn’t given eggs in the past three days though. Is it bad to give her a calcium glutonate injection if she isn’t egg bound?
