Egg bound hen

My hen had a egg stuck in her we got the egg out.then not even 24 hours later.she acted like she is egg bound again.after we got the first egg out she still had a little bit of a bulge there.and when she tries to push it gets bigger.it doesn't feel hard around the vent like last time she had the egg stuck in her.when she pushes she squawks.do you think their is another egg stuck in her.her dropping are sticking to her vent area and she has a little bit of blood.are there after affects of egg bound? I don't want to lose this hen so can anybody help.

P.S.the first time she was egg bound I seen the egg stuck in her.i don't see no egg currently.she only has a bulge when she pushes otherwise it is a small bulge. her vent kinda sticks out

Is anything hanging out of her vent? How old is she?

I can't really tell because of the poo stuck there.i will take a look when I go check on her in a little bit.she is about 1 year old
