Egg bound?!! yellow and bloody discharge!!

my 2 year old red sex link hen has had the egg bound symptoms for 2 days! now there is yellow and bloody discharge!! cannot feel any eggs though! am I not looking hard enough?!cvet wont call back!! she is super heavy because of this and warm!!

I would worry about internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis, especially in a commercial laying hen. Here are a couple of links.
