I have a question,First I plan to try the dry hatch method on my next setting of eggs. I have a brower top hatch. I usually only take out one plug but will be removing all the plugs. Hoping for a better hatch rate.I want to use egg cartons during hatching to keep the chicks from rolling the eggs around.Who uses egg cartons? Do you use them during the entire incubation or only during lockdown?I always manually turn my eggs,my incubator has automatic turning(rolling in the brower top hatch) but no matter how I put the eggs in the pie shaped sections, when it starts to turn/roll the eggs, I have eggs that are standing on their ends or almost on top of each other. Those of you who have top hatch incubators,do you have these problems? Thanks
