when using egg cartons in bators for the ease of turning eggs. Do u use them as mormal or do you turn them over and use the bottom? Can u use foam one or cardboard ones?

I use them like normal and have used both kinds. Never had any problems and it helps keep the
    bator cleaner too!

I have used both kinds. The cardboard ones act as a wick though, if they get wet.

That looks like a Brinsea 20 Eco, no? Do you find using those styro egg cartons is easier than the wire holders that come with it?
Do you use them for the whole incubation or just the hatch?
