I loved my mother's egg custard, but never got her recipe. Have tried several but hit THE ONE this past weekend with the recipe on King Arthur flour site. Cooked it in bought pie shells, it is exactly like the one I remember. But I would like to cook it in 1/2 cup custard cups instead of in a pie shell. How do you do that? I'm not great at cooking and hope someone will advise step by step. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
