egg fertility

Not real sure where to post this but, here it goes. I REALLY want to hatch some eggs from my mixed breed flock and my roo has been doing his father-to-be duties with the girls, but I want to know how to tell if the eggs are fertile when I break them open. I'm sure this is a question thats asked alot but I need to know. Will someone explain?

Okay, I see. So the ones that are like O's are fertile?

You will see a bullseye ring around the blastodyst.

oh okay thanks! Can't wait to have some more fuzzy butts added to my 4 I have now. Do you think it would be okay for me to add new chicks in with the ones I have right now? The ones I have now are already a little over a month old.
