egg in nest with hard yellow foam crud coming out of it PIC

    This egg was in my Pekin Gal's nest. Her babies are due to hatch out any day now. I've never seen this happen to an egg before. Sorry the photo isn't great quality I didn't have my camera with me so used my phone.

    Yep, the egg is spoiled. I get them in my incubator every once in a while.

    With the heat and the broody girl poops the smell from the egg was almost un-noticeable...until I carried it away and then ewwwwwwwww tossed that sucker in the burn pile quickly!
