    Hello all!
We have a chicken tractor that we move once a week to allow for better foraging while keeping them safe from predators. For a few days after we move the pens, our hens quit laying. Is this normal? Would a permanent coop be better for them?
Also, what about a regular coop with a moveable run? Would that still upset their egglaying routine?[IMG] We will be building more soon and we'd like to know the best way to go about this for egg production.
    Thanks everyone!

We have a tractor that we move every 2-3 days...it doesn't affect their laying....I don't know why? Maybe because we do it more frequently??
