Egg laying inconsistency

16 Buff orphingtons just laid their first eggs. 3 one day, two days later another egg, three days later another. As soon as they started laying I switched them to organic, non gmo Dumor layer feed. 16%
It’s been a few days and no more eggs. What if anything should I be doing to get them to lay regularly the first eggs have been a good size with hard shells and very tasty

It takes a few weeks before you start getting eggs consistently from new layers.

If you are somewhere were the days are getting longer and colder that will also interfere with laying.

Also, if they are free ranging, they might have hidden nests

The feed change may have also caused a bit of disruption - any changes can do that.

Just wait, it will get better...eventually. They are not machines and variance in laying is just a fact of life. Think of your own bodily processes, they don't always go as clockwork.
