egg looks like a light bulb

My chickens just started laying eggs.One looks just like a light bulb Is that normal or is it having a problem? 3 Black aurstalorps 3 red pullets

Yes, it is normal to get abnormal eggs (weird shapes, textures, shell-less, etc.) when your pullets start laying. They take a few weeks to get their systems up and running and to sort out the individual steps in the process. There are several threads that have pics of strange eggs. Check those out so you can see that you are not alone...I would still love to see it!
