Two of our seven hens have been laying for a couple weeks now. I've created an excel chart to monitor their production. I'm pretty amazed by their continuous output. I'm not sure how long I'll track all of this but it is pretty fun for now. (Single & Double columns relate to the yolk in an egg)

Right now we know it's just the two hens laying. They're pretty regular timewise, just before 9:00am, we catch them in their nesting boxes. That biggin' on the right was this mornings from the Black-Rock (the other brown eggs are her normal sized eggs), it's so big the egg carten won't close... [IMG][IMG]

I ate the bigin' this morning. It was a double yolk. [IMG]
