How long will the eggs stay good after the hen lays them? I work many hours and came home the other day; the hen had six eggs in the nest. I did not know if they were any good so I did not use them.

    To be eaten or incubated?

As long as they're clean, they're likely good for a month to eat. For incubating, 10 days.

If you weather has been very warm/hot, I wouldn't eat eggs that were more than a day old. But, I am very cautious about everything. Better safe, than sorry.
