Egg question

Hello, I have 4 Red Cross hens that were hatched the same date last thurs had my first egg and everyday I am getting two eggs, I do provide light in the early am, is this normal? Maybe some are late starters. I figured 3 a day. Thanks for your help

Yes, some start a bit earlier/later than others.

Yes same here. I've had some start as much as 6 weeks before others of the same age. I know it's hard to wait, but the later the better in my opinion.
