Egg turning. How many times a day??

No matter what I do, I can't figure out why our Nurture Right 360's egg turner isn't working. Even my dad can't figure out why.
The only thing that works for it, is holding down the buttons that make it move.
I'm having to turn the eggs myself.

How many times a day do you turn eggs??

Have you sat in front of the incubator for a few hours to make sure you didn't just miss it turning?

I'd say at least 2 times a day, but 4-5 it's better. My incubator turns the eggs a little bit every 20 minutes, a complete rotation it's done every 2 hours. Some rotate continuously but veeeery slowly. Other incubators do it every few hours.

I have a camera on it and got a recording of a whole 24 hours, didn't turn them once

The NR360 is supposed to turn them once an hour.

It turns once an hour. I would do it as often as possible-at least 3 times a day (more is preferable).
