Egg was upside down in the incubator

I discovered it was upside down when I candled eggs prior to placing in the hatcher with 3 days to go. On the due day, this egg is pipped, however, progress seems stalled and I am wondering if I should attempt to assist this chick. Anyone have suggestions? There were 21 eggs in the batch and all have hatched except for this one.

I would be tempted to carefully and slowly (stopping at the sign of veining or blood) assist since the rest of the eggs have hatched.

I assume it is hatching on the wrong end. As mentioned above I would also attemp at assisting it, or it may not make it.
