Egger with suspected respiratory problem... should she be separated?

We have 4 Easter Eggers and 2 Silkies that share a coop. We think one of them has respiratory problems. We are treating all of the birds with Vet RX as well as a mixture of garlic, thyme, oregano, and honey in water. We are also giving them watermelon :) But we have the suspected sick Egger enclosed in a separate area from the others (but the other chickens can walk up to her on the other side of the enclosure). The other ones free range about half the day. Since they are all being treated, would it be okay to put her back with her friends? She is having a hard time being alone, not eating or drinking as well. They are all under 6 months old and we live in Southeast GA, where is is hot and humid and we've had tons of rain the last few weeks. We bring the sick Egger into our brooder on our sunporch at night.
 
How much ventilation in their housing?

If you are dealing with a respiratory disease, they are all exposed, so separation would be pretty much worthless unless she's needing to be protected from attacks or is in such a shape that she needs specialized care.
