We're having eggs for supper tonight. What can I do with them? I don't want the same scrambled or sunny side up again. I want something different. Any ideas?

We like breakfast tacos of supper sometimes.

Saute some onions and peppers with some sausage then add a bowl full of scrambled eggs and cook it all together then eat it rolled up in flour tortillas with sour cream and salsa on the side.

We also like to make pancakes and eat them with a fried egg on top so that when you break the egg the yolk runs all over the top of the pancake then you cover that with syrup.
