Im currently stabilized at 99-100 degrees. Humidity is generally around 58%. They are set to hatch starting Wednesday. What temps do I need to maintain when they hatch? Humidity? My incubator is also a short term brooder.

You don't have to do change the temp, just the humidity. Up it a bit, to say 65% or thereabouts. A wet sponge in the bator would help with that. Good luck with your hatch!

Sweet.

And I should take them out and put them in a dedicated brooder with more room in 24 hours or so, right?

Yes, unless the hatched chicks starts playing football with the unhatched eggs. Then you wait 'till they are dry and fluffy and take them out.
