It's from calcium. Usually hens will lay eggs with calcium spots like mine.

But yours is amazing! It looks like the calcium spots have merged together forming that white ring.

just egg whites? Weird. I'd toss it.. That's just my opinion lol I love yolk..

Shell abnormalities are not so abnormal on older battery hens. Their systems have a hard time with the high production over the years and wind up doing funky things. Same for forgetting to put the yolk in---just a glitch. I don't think the all-white egg will be an issue, but I wouldn't eat it cause I love yolks and have minimal use for the whites

. Too bad you can't get her to lay those all the time, you could specialize in no-yolk eggs! I bet you'd make a fortune....
