my charolette has started laying. she was laying the pasture in high grass. i started putting her in the nest box where she did lay once or twice. now i have discovered a new nest she made in the woods. i just thought she had quit laying. the eggs were outside the degress got in the 70's last week. there were 6 eggs so they have been there for 6 days. the nights were in the 40's. are the eggs ok to eat?
