I went on lock down yesterday and today my eggs are rocking back and forth. Does this mean anything? I hope they are ready cause I know I sure am.

It means you did everything correctly. Now all you have to do is wait until they hatch, which can be minutes or hours or even a day away. The rocking is from the chick moving inside trying to peck through the membrane and shell.

Sounds like a good sign to me. Sounds like they are getting into hatching position. Happy hatching!

Find something to keep you busy or you'll end up doing what I did....Sitting in a chair in front of the hatcher and staring. [IMG]

If they're duck eggs could be TWO more days. Ducks will try your patience, lol.

Congrats, sounds like they're doing great. And second the notion to go find something to do. I drive myself crazy during hatch. Good luck!
