eggs storage- what end up?

I have 40 Guinea eggs that I need to store while I am waiting for my new Incubator to arrive.

What end goes up? I keep reading contradicting info.

Some say to have the pointy end up while in storage then switch to pointy end down while incubating

Others say that pointy end down should be done for both storage and incubating.

Thoughts?

Pointy end down.... Always.

For my choosen eggs, I did pointy part down in an egg carton and once a day repositioned carton from side to side. almost like has to be done in incubation.
